Membership Terms & Conditions
Limited-time Voucher Campaign
These Terms & Conditions apply exclusively to the promotional vouchers issued to members who register during the June–August 2025 campaign period.
1. Eligibility
- This promotion is valid for new members who register between 1st June 2025 and 31st August 2025.
- Members who register after 31st August 2025 are not eligible for these vouchers.
2. Issued Vouchers
- Eligible members will receive the following digital vouchers:
– $40 off with minimum spend of $100
– $20 off with minimum spend of $50
– $10 off with minimum spend of $30
3. Voucher Validity
- All listed promotional vouchers above will expire after 30th September 2025, regardless of the member’s registration date.
- Expired vouchers will not be extended or reissued under any circumstances.
4. Voucher Usage Rules
- Vouchers are valid for dine-in only at Pure Gem Chinese Cuisine’s Singapore outlet.
- Vouchers apply to the subtotal before GST, service charge, and beverages.
- Vouchers are valid for weekday dinner only (Monday to Friday after 6 PM).
- Vouchers may be used all day on weekends and public holidays.
- Weekday lunch (before 6 PM, Monday to Friday) is excluded from voucher usage.
- Vouchers are not stackable; only one voucher may be used per transaction.
- Vouchers cannot be combined with other discounts, promotions, or vouchers.
- Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash, and no change will be given.
- Lost, unused, or expired vouchers are non-refundable and non-replaceable.
- Promotional menu items are excluded from voucher redemption.
5. Other Conditions
- Pure Gem Chinese Cuisine reserves the right to amend or cancel the promotion and its terms without prior notice.
- Use of vouchers constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
Loyalty Program Terms & Conditions
These Terms & Conditions govern the use of the Pure Gem Chinese Cuisine Loyalty Program. By registering as a member, you agree to abide by the following terms:
1. Definitions
- “Member”: An individual registered under the Pure Gem Loyalty Program.
- “Membership”: Access to loyalty benefits under the Pure Gem Loyalty Program.
- “Voucher”: Digital coupons issued to members under various eligibility conditions.
- “Birthday Voucher”: Special voucher issued during the member’s birthday month.
- “We / Us / Our”: Pure Gem Chinese Cuisine.
- “You / Your”: The registered member.
2. Membership Eligibility & Registration
- Membership is open to individuals aged 16 and above.
- Registration is free and must be completed online at: https://mp.seamplify.com/puregem/sign-in
- The program is currently valid only at our Singapore branch.
- Membership is digital and no physical card will be issued.
3. Membership Validity & Renewal
- Membership is valid for 12 months from the date of registration.
- Members must renew their membership before expiry to retain accumulated points. Failure to do so will result in the forfeiture of all unused points.
- Renewal requires a payment of $3, which must be made in-store.
4. Member Benefits
Loyalty Points:
- Members earn 1 point for every $10 spent, excluding GST, service charges, and beverages.
- Points are only awarded on transactions where no voucher is used.
- No points will be earned when vouchers are applied to the bill.
- Points are awarded only on regular-priced food items. Promotional items, beverages, and service add-ons (e.g., napkins, wet towels, additional condiments) do not qualify for points accumulation.
- Accumulated points can be redeemed for discounts at the rate of 1 point = S$1 off the subtotal (excluding GST, service charge, and beverages).
Birthday Voucher:
- All members are entitled to a $50 voucher with a minimum spend of $100 during their birthday month.
- Valid only for dine-in use within the birthday month only; vouchers may be used during weekday dinner (after 6 PM, Monday to Friday), and all day on weekends and public holidays, but are not valid during weekday lunch hours (before 6 PM, Monday to Friday).
Birthday Month Double Points:
- Members will earn double points for eligible spending during their birthday month.
- Points are rounded before doubling. (Example: $19.90 = 1 point → 2 points after doubling)
5. Voucher Usage Terms
- Vouchers apply to the subtotal of the bill only (i.e., excluding beverages, GST, and service
charges). - Vouchers are valid for weekday dinner only (Monday to Friday after 6 PM).
- Weekday lunch (before 6 PM, Monday to Friday) is excluded from voucher usage.
- Vouchers may be used all day on weekends and public holidays.
- Vouchers cannot be used on promotional menu items or combined with other promotions, vouchers, or discounts.
- No extensions or replacements will be provided for expired, lost, or unused vouchers.
- Vouchers are not exchangeable for cash and no change will be given
6. Privacy & Data Protection
- By registering for the Loyalty Program, you consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of your personal data for the purposes of administering the program, sending membership-related updates, and providing promotional offers.
- We are committed to protecting your privacy and will not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties without your consent, except as required by law or to trusted service providers acting on our behalf.
- Members may contact us to update or correct their personal information.
7. Other Terms
- We reserve the right to modify or terminate the Loyalty Program or its Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.
- Participation in the program constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions and any changes made to them.
